    Kids/Family Classes and Workshops

    This class is designed for kids ages 10 to 14 who want to make rock climbing their thing. This program gives students the opportunity to learn climbing’s foundational skills and techniques through drills, games, and friendly challenges, as well as lots of climbing. Participants will also have the chance to follow a carefully designed training program that will help them increase their strength, fitness, and flexibility. Practice time will include climbing on the boulder and the roped-walls, as well as on- and off-the-wall activities. This program meets twice per week. Participants should come prepared to learn and work hard. Harness and climbing shoes are included in the cost of the course. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack and water bottle. $100 Members, $110 Non-members.
