Join Renú Hot Yoga instructor, Madey Edlin, and well-known local DJ, Big Ern, for some pumped up Friday night fun at Yakima’s world-renowned brewery, Bale Breaker! Our evening will begin with a supercharged 60-minute Bala Sculpt class led by Madey with DJ Big Ern serving big energy and good vibes on the tape deck. After class, we’ll all celebrate our powerful workout win with a cold refreshing Bale Breaker brew, energetic tunes, and high vibrations.
Bala Sculpt is a unique non-traditional Vinyasa style yoga with a focus on core and building strength. Bring dumbbells or wrist/ankle weights from home, purchase some on-site, or just opt for using your own body weight. Also bring along a yoga mat, water, hair tie if necessary, and dress for the occasion in comfortable clothes you can get moving in!
