  Hop Harvest Pop-Up Taproom: Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 9pm, Friday & Saturday, 2pm - 10pm, and Sunday, 2pm - 7pm through the month of October.

  Varietal Beer Company is taking over the Schab’s Bier Den taproom to celebrate fresh hop season! Join them for a curated tap list of beers and a whole “hoppy” vibe through harvest!  Of course, their Sunnyside taproom remains open and will open on Mondays for harvest season! Either spot, expect great beers and special kegs with the wettest hops.
