12p.m.-7 p.m.The second annual Yakima Taco Fest takes place after a phenomenal success at last year’s inaugural event. This year’s festival promises to be even better. After all, what’s better than tacos and craft beverages?  The event brings people together to taste fusion and traditional tacos, sip on local craft beverages and dance to the sweet rhythm of Latin music. Enjoy fantastic flavors from taco vendors and craft beverage vendors offering craft beer, wine and cider. This event is picnic style. Bring your blankets or folding chairs. Let’s enjoy that Yakima Valley sunshine!

Kicking off National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Drink Yakima celebrate the Yakima Valley’s migrant workers and deep agricultural roots through the Yakima Taco Fest.  VIP access is $45 and includes four tacos, two drinks, a 16-ounce souvenir cup and early access into event. General admission is $12 and includes entry into event and a 12-ounce souvenir cup.  This is a 21+ event at Sarg Hubbard Park in Yakima on Saturday, September 14. VIP early access is from 12 to 2 pm.
