Visitor Information Center Offer for Premier Pass Holders During Spring Barrel

Spring Barrel Tasting at the Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center, April 27-29. Meet the winemaker George Petzinger from Lookout Point Winery as he Showcases, his wines at the Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center. Friday 10-2pm, Saturday 9:30-2pm featuring a library tasting of Lookout Point award-winning ‘08 Malbec, ‘09 Malbec and unreleased ’10 Malbec. Bring your own glass for a free library tasting! If you need to purchase a glass they are available for $5.00.

From Seattle: Take I-90 East; at Ellensburg take Exit #110 to Yakima, Follow I-82 South until Fair Avenue/ Lincoln Avenue Exit 33A. Turn left at the light, the Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center is the first building on the left. Approximately 2.5 hours.

From Spokane: Take I-90 West nearly to Ellensburg. Take Exit #110 to Yakima,. Follow I-82 South until Fair Avenue/ Lincoln Avenue Exit 33A. Turn left at the light, the Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center is the first building on the left. Approximately 3.5 hours.

From Portland: Take I-84 East to Biggs Junction and take Exit #104, travel North on I-97 then merge onto I-82 W/US-97 N, stay on I-82 until you reach City Center/Yakima Avenue Exit 33. Turn right at 9th Street and then right on Martin Luther King Blvd. which turns into Fair Avenue, Go straight at light at freeway exit ramp, Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center on left. Approximately 3.5 hours.

From the Yakima Convention Center: Travel North on 8th Street and then right on Martin Luther King Blvd which turns into Fair Avenue. Continue on Fair Ave at the light at freeway exit ramp. Yakima Valley Visitor Information Center will be on your left. Approximately 4 minutes by car.
