Walk, Jog, Strength and Yoga Weekly Training Sessions

5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Shannon Mahre-Skouras, Girls with Grit & MADE - Mahre Athletic Development Experience are proud to offer 2 outdoor weekly training sessions this fall! Come to 'em all or come when you can! We'd love to see you there!

Monday Training:

Mondays are for speed work on the Naches Path, a flat, lit pathway that starts at Depot Park in Naches, WA. All levels of walkers, joggers and runners are welcome. For the second hour of our training, we will do body weight strength exercises followed by a short yoga session to end the evening.

Friday Training:

Fridays are for trail running at the Uplands Trail Head at Cowiche Canyon Conservancy, at the end of Scenic. All levels of joggers are welcome - even if you walk/jog, that is okay!

For the second hour of our training, we will do body weight strength exercises followed by a short yoga session to end the evening.

These training sessions are great for ladies that are trying to reach their fitness goals as well as for ladies that want to get into running, get ready for ski & snowboard season or are training for a road or trail race.

All levels are welcome to join these sessions --- Please do not feel as if you are "too slow" or "too out of shape." We all start somewhere... we are all beginners at something... and we want to help you become the greatest woman, mom, wife and athlete that you can be. We hope that you will let us be part of your journey.

Pricing:

    4 Dates: $90

    2 Dates: $55

    Drop-in: $30

***We will continue these Weekly Trail Running Sessions every month until it starts to snow. If there is a night that has a storm or horrible weather, we will reschedule so that you do not lose your $ due to weather. :)
